Beach Scuba Dive
Did you know that Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is Florida’s Beach Diving Capital? Beach scuba diving is a full-body workout, and you strengthen your muscles as
you swim. The slow and deep breathing technique taught in diving can also help lower blood pressure, and carrying your equipment requires a good deal

Dancing is just plain fun – and a good way to stay fit, too. Every second and fourth Sunday of the month from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. from January through May,
come out to Anglin’s Square Beach Pavilion, where you can take free dance lessons in swing, salsa and ballroom from Danny Carter. Carter owns Dance
Moves and is recognized as one of the country’s top teachers and performers.
