Lobsters can be caught off a boat or off the beach anywhere in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach counties. The winners will be announced Thursday, July 27 at the BugFest Mini-Season Party & Chef Competition, 6-9PM, at the Beach Pavilion/Connie Hoffmann Ocean Plaza (1 Commercial Blvd.). Please note: You get to keep all the lobsters you catch!
Florida mini-season divers get a raffle ticket just for registering and one for each bug they catch. Even if you don't bag the biggest bug, we will raffle off dive gear, hotel stays, gift certificates, jewelry and other cool stuff. The Grand Raffle Prize is a 3-day, 2-night dive trip with Neal Watson's Bimini Scuba Center in the Bahamas!
Online registration ends 5PM on Tuesday, July 25.
Registration Fee: $20 Per mini-season diver. We will waive the fee if you stay in a Lauderdale-By-The-Sea hotel!
